About me
I help people remember who they are beneath the noise — beneath expectations, roles, productivity, pressure and the identities they’ve outgrown.
My work is about clarity. Clean language. Permission to be who you already are.
Not a new version to strive for — your true one finally coming into focus.
I didn’t come to this work through theory. I came to it through life. Through rebuilding myself after seasons of burnout. Through motherhood. Through leaving a life that looked “right” on paper and moving my family to Bali. Through the quiet inner knowing that something deeper was calling — and the courage to follow it.
Over the years, I’ve learned how to read people on a level that goes far beyond words. I see the patterns they’re living from. I feel what’s true for them. I sense what’s misaligned, what’s ready to change, and what’s waiting to emerge.
I use a blend of tools — Human Design, Astrology, Gene Keys, energetic intelligence and lived experience — but the real work happens in the space between the tools: the part where something clicks, something softens, something in you exhales and says, “Yes. That’s me.”
My approach is gentle but honest. Grounded but intuitive. Practical but deeply connected.
I work with people who are in transition, individuals, couples, families, those navigating identity shifts, relocations, reinventions, relationship patterns, parenting differences and the quiet longing to live a life that finally feels like theirs.
