I help people understand how they actually work. Beneath the noise, the expectations, the roles and the identities they've outgrown. Not by giving them something new to become. But by helping them see what's already there, more clearly.

Before this work became public, I held leadership roles across not for profit, startups, financial services, human resources and sales. Fifteen years watching how people make decisions under pressure, where relationships break down, and why the same patterns keep showing up no matter how capable or self aware someone is. I became obsessed with one question. Why do people keep struggling with the same things no matter how hard they try?

Human Design gave me the answer. I have been using it ever since with individuals, couples, families, CEOs, athletes and entrepreneurs. The work is the same every time. Someone hears their design and something settles. They feel seen. They feel understood. Often for the first time.

I came to this work through experience as much as study. Through motherhood. Through leaving a career and a life that looked right on paper and moving my family to Bali. Not because I had it all figured out. Because I knew the old map was not mine.

Understanding yourself is one thing. Actually shifting is another. That is why alongside Human Design and Astrology readings, I work with practical tools including hypnosis to help what you understand in your mind actually land somewhere deeper. Real change does not come from more information. It comes from integration.

My approach is direct, grounded and honest. I work with individuals, couples and families who want to understand themselves and each other in a way that actually changes how they live.
